The Asian Classics Institute (ACI) is dedicated to the serious study and personal practice of the original teachings of the Buddha.

Established by Geshe Michael under the spiritual direction of Khen Rinpoche Geshe Lobsang Tarchin, a most distinguished scholar and master of Buddhism from Tibet, ACI has captured the heart of the Six Great Books of Buddhism in a series of 18 Formal Study Courses for the next generation of Western Tibetan Buddhist teachers.

These courses are offered without charge, and parallel the same basic core program that a Geshe (Doctor of Buddhist Philosophy) learns at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery.

Hundreds of thousands of hours of ACI audio content has been downloaded over the years by interested people from all over the world.
